ECOLÓGICA DE LOS PIRINEOS is a company created by livestock farmers from the Pyrenees, located in La Pobla de Segur, that sells ecological beef, ecological lamb and ecological pork packaged in modified atmosphere trays, vacuumed or in carcass, in line with the quality and guarantee demands of this market. In this way the product gives added value, which will provide the consumer with many advantages.

In the area of Lleida there are currently a total of 150 livestock farms that have converted their conventional farming to ecological and all of them have the corresponding certification. Their joint production is approximately 7000 heads of cattle and 5000 of sheep per year.

ECOLÓGICA DE LOS PIRINEOS received the award for BEST SPANISH ALIMENTARY COMPANY 2004 IN ECOLOGICAL AGRARIAN PRODUCTION QUALITY.
