The singularity of ecological meat products resides in the fact that they offer the end consumer a product with guarantees (with the ecological product guarantee stamp), that they have a very high quality, are very healthy, do not have “non-natural” or transgenic components and a production process in which the animal’s and the environment’s welfare have to be rigorously respected.
All process are carried out under rigorous controls and certifications by the inspectors of the official organism for the regulation of ecological production; CCPAE.
